BH Xpress hiring process for Owner Operators typically takes between two to three weeks. The initial stages of the process are done online. Once you submit your application, we will review it, then we will contact you to request documents from you (such as your Drivers License, Registration, etc). We will send you any additional documents you need to review and sign. Once you fill out the application and all of the documents are gathered, we will schedule a time for somebody to call you and discuss our overall operations, tell you more about BH Xpress, and answer all of your questions. After that, we will complete the drug test, background check, get your driving record, and soon after, schedule your New Hire Orientation.

FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO TRACK THE STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION!
After submitting your application, it will ask you if you want to track your application in real time. Please click on the green button that says "Yes"
If you filled out the application on a mobile phone, after you click "Yes", it will prompt you to download the "Driver Pulse" app. After you download the app, click on "Company History", as shown on the picture to the right.
If you filled out the application on a computer, it will take you to the Driver Pulse web browser app, where you can click on "Company history"
Here, you will see a list of all of the companies you have applied for. Click on the arrow to the right next to "BH Xpress"
In order to be able to communicate with BH Xpress via messages, you will need to press "Send me updates!", as shown in the picture to the right.
PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A BH XPRESS RECRUITER TO REVIEW YOUR INITIAL APPLICATION.
IF 3 DAYS PASS AND NOBODY CONTACTS YOU ABOUT YOUR APPLICATION, YOU MAY CALL OUR OFFICE AND ASK TO SPEAK WITH RECRUITING. WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT CALL PRIOR TO 3 DAYS PASSING.
After a BH Xpress recruiter receives and reviews your application, they will send you a message through the Driver Pulse app.
It will show up in your Notifications. Click on the "Reply Icon" (shown on the picture to the right), to enter the Conversation and you may send BH Xpress messages and requests for an update on your application.
This is functions the same way as any other messaging service. You may send us Messages through the Driver Pulse app, and you will receive our messages through the app.
Simply type your message and press the send icon at the bottom right hand side.
